DAMAGED CASES
FASTCASE guarantees your case against defects in materials, workmanship, and breakage from normal wear and tear for 180 days. Take its picture and drop us a note. We'll help you from there.
60-DAY GUARANTEE
We stand behind our iPad cases, and your satisfaction is very important to us! At any time in the first 60 days after purchase, if your FASTCASE does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Currently, we are only able to refund the original purchaser. If it was a gift, we are happy to exchange the case for another case at the same price.
